1) DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

Our products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive an email with your files and/or access instructions. If you do not receive your delivery within 15 minutes, please check spam/promotions and contact support at [email protected].

2) ALL SALES FINAL (NO REFUNDS)

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues receiving your files, contact us and we will work with you to ensure delivery.

3) LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your internal business or organizational purposes.

You may not:

- resell, redistribute, or share the files outside your organization

- publish the materials online or in shared repositories

- claim the materials as your own work

- create derivative products for resale based on our materials

4) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, templates, guides, and materials are owned by Blacklight Analytics and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited license described above.

5) INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Our materials are provided for educational and informational purposes and do not constitute legal, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply the information to your specific situation. If you need advice, consult qualified professionals.

6) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacklight Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
